Our Core Programs and corresponding Hands-on History Activities listed on this page can be experienced virtually with a little bit of coordination. We primarily use Zoom to host virtual programming. Should your school require a different platform, please call the Museum to discuss and arrange options prior to booking. We are happy to customize for your specific needs.

To get started, be sure to fill out the VIRTUAL FIELD TRIP FORM and complete your $25 reservation deposit here. We look forward to creating an engaging virtual program for your class or group.

Virtual Field Trip Reservation

To begin your Virtual Field Trip reservation process, please complete and submit the following form. Reservation forms must be submitted no less than 2 weeks from your preferred program date.

Basic Info

Please note that the Benicia Historical Museum uses Zoom for its virtual programs. Schools/Groups using a platform other than Zoom must provide the meeting link to the museum in advance of the program.

Choose the preferred date and time for your event and an alternate date/time.

Program Choices

Select a Core Program and one of its corresponding Hands-on History Activities.

Please select one supplemental program for the day of your virtual tour.

Tour reservation deposit: A $25.00 DEPOSIT is required at the time that your tour is confirmed. You may pay your deposit in advance of confirmation.

Your reservation will be confirmed only after the Museum has received your reservation form and your deposit. Reservation Deposits are applied to Program costs. After submitting this form, you may pay your deposit by pressing the "ADD TO CART" button. If this form is complete, press the send button below.
If you have already paid your deposit for this reservation request, simply press the SEND button at the bottom of this reservation form. A representative from the Benicia Historical Museum will reach out to you to confirm your reservation, offer availability, and provide clarification on any questions you may have.
